The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) is seeking comments on an amendment to the 2014-2017 State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) for a change in location and total cost of the following previously-published project in 2014.
Urban Projects:
The location of the milling and asphalt overlay project on 4th Street SW from 8th Avenue SW to 3rd Avenue SE in Valley City has changed to now end at Central Ave. In addition, the following milling and asphalt locations have been added.
- 7th Avenue SW (4th Street SW to 3rd Street SW)
- 3rd Street SW (10th Avenue SW to 8th Avenue SW)
- 2nd Street SW (Main Street to 7th Avenue SW)
- 7th Street NE (5th Avenue NE to 6th Avenue NE)
The total cost for the project has now increased approximately $300,000 for a total cost of $600,000.
The public is invited to view the current STIP on the NDDOT web site at http://www.dot.nd.gov by clicking on the Manuals and Publications icon on the left-hand side, then clicking on the “Final STIP 2014-2017” link under the Plans and Reports section.
