Darin Erstad’s 8-year-old daughter, Jordan, sang the national anthem Saturday, at the Nebraska – Northwestern baseball game.

“I couldn’t be more proud,” the Husker coach said. “It was supposed to be a secret, but her 6-year-old brother threatened to tell, so she hit him and I got mad and she almost lost it.   I finally pieced it together and I think that was the first time I’ve ever cried at a baseball game.”
