Jamestown (CSi ) Jamestown Police are asking that anyone who purchased a vehicle from Budget Auto, in Jamestown, ND, and signed a loan contract with Budget Auto to purchase the vehicle to contact Sgt. Thomas Nagel.

Nagel says the investigation centers around if the contract agreements are in compliance with usery laws, under the North Dakota Century code, and police want to look at the contracts.
