Wes Anderson says, the process has been gradual, starting with the massive skull that came to the museum on Memorial Day. The rest of “Bob”was assembed as Alan dismantled “Bob” from where it’s been assembled in the workshop.
It will be on display at the museum for an undetermined length of time while Alan seeks a buyer and permanent home for “Bob”.
The dismantling process involved painting the metal skeleton that clutches the heavy fossil pieces of Bob like jewelry.
