Carrington (CSi)  No serious injuries reported, as a crop dusting airplane crashed while attempting to land at the Carrington airport.

The incident happened about 9-p.m., Tuesday.

The aircraft sustained damaged to its landing gear.

The pilot was taken to Carrington Health Center.  

Authorities say the official cause of the crash is being investigated by the National Transportation Safety Board, and the Federal Aviation Administration.

A theory into the crash is that the fixed landing gear may have been damaged while the plane was in the air.
