roadworkI94Valley City (CSi)  The NDDOT reminds motorists that construction work on the Interstate 94 business loop east in Valley City will begin on Wednesday, July 16, 2014 east of the city limits to I-94. Crews will be making asphalt improvements and constructing turning lanes, lighting and guardrails on the I-94 business loop in Valley City. Motorists should be advised of reduced speed limits, width restrictions and temporary lane closures.

Wolski Plaza Road will be realigned/reconstructed as part of this project. The realignment will provide safer access to the I-94 business loop.

During construction:

  • Motorists should expect delays
  • Speeds will be reduced to 45 mph in construction zone
  • Flaggers and pilot car will be present to lead motorists through temporary lane closures
  • A 12-foot width restriction will be in place

The project is expected to be completed in late-September.
