Menard’s Submits Jmst Store Plans To City Officials

Jamestown (CSi) The planned Menard’s store in Jamestown will have building permits applied for as plans for the 158,000 square foot building have been submitted to the city.

The store is to be constructed on 20 acres of land west of R.M. Stoudt’s, and will face I-94.  There will also be a garden center and lumber warehouse. There will be parking for about 400 spaces.

Menard’s can begin tree removal on the site and preparation work before officials apply for a building permit.

Menard’s, expects the Jamestown store to open in 2015.
