JamestownPolice_2Jamestown (CSi) A Jamestown man was found safe early this (Wednesday) morning, after a search, including the James River.

Jamestown Police say the search ended about 2:25 a.m., for 47 year old Rory Rupp of Jamestown, described as a “vulnerable adult,” who resides at Bethel Four Acres in Jamestown at 1404 First Avenue North, near the James River.

Rupp was found safe walking on First Avenue early this morning.

Rupp was last been seen about noon on Tuesday.

Authorities called out the Stutsman County Dive Rescue Team late Tuesday night because Rupp’s whereabouts were totally unknown.
