Jamestown (CSi) On Wednesday morning, emergency officials responded to a report that a truck with a large load had struck an overpass on I-94 near the Highway 281/52 by-pass at Jamestown.
Jamestown Police Chief Scott Edinger says that overpass may be the shortest overhead clearance in North Dakota, and trucks striking it happens farily frequently.
Traffic was re-routed to other exits, while the Highway Patrol and crews cleared the I-94 roadway of debris. The bridge was deemed structurally sound
The name and hometown of the driver have not yet been released.
No injuries reported.
