The Flex Pace program pays a portion of the interest of a business loan effectively reducing the interest rate by 5 percent or to 1 percent, whichever is higher. The program is funded by grants from the Bank of North Dakota and a loan from the JSDC. The loan to the JSDC is repaid after the original business loan is paid off.

The JSDC Board has approved leasing space in the JSDC offices to Secretarial Solutions at a market rate based on the appraisal of the building.
