Jamestown, ND (KCSi-T.V. News Oct 29, 2012) — The Jamestown/Stutsman Development Corporation, Executive Board has voted unanimously to hire a professional planner for the Jamestown area.
Te recommendation will go to the full JSDC Board, and if approved the recommendation goes to the Stutsman County Commission and the Jamestown City Council for review.
Under the proposal JSDC would fund up to 50 percent of the cost of a city planner, with the cost ranging from $5,000 to $10,000 to be negotiated with SRF Consulting.
Past phase one, the proposal would be opened for bids from planning contractors.
