Scrimgeour has had 1 interception and 3 fumble recoveries this season. He also made All League 1st Team MLB. His team awarded him MVP and linebacker of the year.
Coach Frank says of Scrimgeour, “Cameron plays the game in a very physical manner. He has nice size and strength and runs to the ball well. We project him to play linebacker with some added position flexibility within the linebacker group. We loved how the way he handled himself when he visited campus. Cameron comes from a great family. He is a welcome addition to our program and campus. He has a very high ceiling and we look forward to coaching him when he arrives on campus.”
Scrimgeour, son of Darrell and Heide Scrimgeour, plans to major in Exercise Science.
