Update…Nov. 1, 2012

Jamestown, ND (KCSi-T.V. News) — The Jamestown Highway Patrol reports, a two vehicle accidents Wednesday (Oct 31, 2012) just before 3-p.m., injured the drivers of both vehicles.

The report said a car operated by 22 year old Brittany Beeter, of Minot, was westbound on I-94 seven miles east of Jamestown, traveling behind a car driven by 31 year old Scott Mayer (city of residence not listed.)

The Beeter car was moving to the left lane to pass Mayer, but struck Mayer’s car in the right rear section.

Mayer’s vehicle ran off the roadway and entered the north ditch.

Beeter’s car went across the median, crossed the eastbound lanes of I-94, and went into the south ditch.

Both Beeter, and Mayer were taken to Jamestown Regional Medical Center for treatment of their injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.

Assisting at the scene was the Stutsman County Sheriff’s Office.

KCSi-T.V. News (Oct 31, 2012) — The North Dakota Highway Patrol Wednesday afternoon was investigating a two vehicle accident that occurred about 3-p.m.

Scanner reports indicate the accident was on I-94, four miles east of the Bloom Exit.

The two vehicles ended up in the south ditch of the interstate, with possible multiple injuries.
