Jamestown, ND (KCSi-T.V. News) — Jamestown Police reports a Jamestown woman was injured when she was purportedly struck by a car, on Saturday (Nov 3, 2012), about 6:30-p.m., in the 500 block of 12th Avenue Southeast.

16 year old Kami Schumacher, of Jamestown, was driving her passenger car northbound on 12th Avenue.

The report says 15 year old Lily Cizadlo, of Jamestown was walking the same direction.

Cizadlo said she believes she was struck by the car and rolled over the top of it.

Schumacher told police that she did not see Cizadlo and struck her and immediately stopped.

In the accident report police said the vehicle location and damage were not consistent to Cizadlo being on the left side of the roadway.

She was transported by ambulance to Jamestown Regional Medical Center.

The damage estimate was $1,500 to the car. I

It’s not known if Schumacher was wearing a seat belt.
