Jamestown (CSi) High winds Thursday were the cause of a travel trailer being blown over on the 281 bypass, early Thursday afternoon.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol directed traffic due to the truck & travel trailer blocking the South bound lane. The accident remains under investigation.
