Bismarck (CSi) Puklich Chevrolet in Bismarck, has purchased Perkins Incorporated of Valley City.
Jerry Perkins says all the employees now working in Valley City will remain with the dealership.
Additional information about the sale will be released later.
Perkins Incorporated has been operating as a GM dealership in Valley City for 38 years.
Prior to that the dealership was owned by the Christianson family.
