JAMESTOWN, N.D. (AP) – A Jamestown man and woman are accused of using drugs in front of small children and sexually abusing a teenage girl.
A Stutsman County social worker reported that two infants in the filthy household tested “extremely high” for the primary ingredient in marijuana and for methamphetamine.
The Bismarck Tribune reports 19-year-old Carrie Thu faces up to 25 years in prison if convicted of felony gross sexual imposition and endangerment of a child.
Twenty-year-old Demietrius Daniel Jr. faces up to 45 years if convicted on similar charges.
A third person was charged in a related case with felony endangerment of a child. Twenty-one-year-old Dustin Meadows faces up to five years if convicted.
He is described as a white male, 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 262 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
Meadows was charged Tuesday in Southeast District Court in Jamestown with endangerment of a child.
