Valley City, ND (KCSi-T.V. News)  —  VCSU will host a luncheon again this year with a short program to honor all the students that will be graduating in December. The luncheon is scheduled for Thursday, December 13, 2012 at 12:00 noon in the VCSU Memorial Student Center Cafeteria. The luncheon cost is $5.If you plan to attend the luncheon please RSVP to kim.hesch@vcsu.edu by Friday, December 7.
