Parks and Rec Director Doug Hogan, said the Fargo architectural firm will receive six percent of TRAC’s guaranteed maximum price for the design work the firm is doing. He added that the guaranteed maximum price will be determined in December.

He said Zerr Berg is also owed $10,000 for work the firm did for the Two Rivers Activity Center Board before voters approved a 1 percent city sales tax to pay for phase one of TRAC.  The first phase of TRAC will cost $28.6 million.
