frontierEstates1Jamestown (CSi) The Jamestown Planning Commission has unanimously denied a plat request for Frontier Estates, at 5th Street and 23rd Avenue Northeast.

The application for the plat had been continued at the August and September meetings due to incomplete information.

The plat application was still lacking a draft of property covenants and details on how a homeowner’s association would be formed in the future.
