Thrifty White’s 1st Av N location to close

Jamestown (CSi) Officials with Thrify White Drug report that the Pharmacy on 1^st Ave North, in downtown Jamestown will be closing on October 30.

The pharmacy, previously Walz Pharmacy, will be closing due to two already larger White Drug Stores in the community at Park Plaza and Hugo’s.

The downtown building will be put up for sale and employees working at the 1^st Avenue store will be able to work at the other locations in Jamestown.

Customers will be able to fill their prescriptions at the other two Thrifty White Pharmacy locations.
