FARGO, N.D. (AP) – North Dakota State will get some national exposure when the Bison play a Football Championship Subdivision semifinal game against Georgia Southern on ESPN2, CSi 18, in prime time, 7-p.m., on Friday night, but the game’s timing could present some challenges.
Kickoff at the Fargodome is just three hours after the start of NDSU’s midterm graduation. Bison athletic director Gene Taylor says the school might encourage graduation participants to park south of the Bison Sports Arena on campus.
NDSU also has more than 12,000 season ticket holders from across North Dakota and into Minnesota who make the drive to every home game. Taylor says the Friday night game could be a challenge for fans who have to drive long distances. But he says he expects people to find a way.
