Jamestown (CSi) –  The season’s first snow accumulation led to rain and wet snow accumulations causing slippery driving conditions.

The Jamestown City Fire Department Rescue Squad  was called out at 1:05-pm  Thursday to a vehicle off the road at 300 17th Avenue SW.  Upon arrival they found a SUV had slid off the road into the trees. Occupants were transfer to JRMC by ambulance.

Thursday evening the forecast calls for a 60 percent of more snow, with the temperature dropping below freezing, at around 30 degrees, which is likely to cause icy conditions.
