JSDCJamestown (CSi) The Jamestown/Stutsman Development Corporation., (JSDC) Executive Committee has voted to accept to a lease agreement with UTC Aerospace Systems.

At Monday’s meeting is was pointed out that the lease covers an office building owned by the JSDC on the grounds of Jamestown Regional Airport. It was given tentative approval by the JSDC Board of Directors in September.

UTC will pay $3,800 per month in a payment that includes the lease of the building from the JSDC and the land from the Jamestown Regional Airport Authority.

UTC has an option to purchase the building from the JSDC at $350,000
