GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) – The University of North Dakota men’s hockey team remains at No. 2 in the national polls for the third straight week.
UND trails Quinnipiac in both the USCHO.com poll and the USA Today/USA Hockey Magazine poll. The Fighting Hawks got one-fourth of the first-place votes in the two polls, with Quinnipiac getting more than two-thirds.
St. Cloud State, Providence and Boston College round out the top five in both polls.
The Fighting Hawks travel to unranked Western Michigan this weekend.
