KCSi-T.V. News — Richland Couty authroities report, a Kansas man allegedly stole a vehicle in Jamestown, and is facing charges of leading law enforcement authorities on a high speed chase in Richland County.
39-year-old Michael Owens is charged for possession of stolen property, fleeing and criminal trespass.
Authoroties say Owens was traveling 100 miles per hour on I-29, near the border of Richland and Cass County.
When Owens, failed to stop, deputies attempted to run the vehicle off the road.
When the truck got stuck in snow near Hankinson, he fled.
