Valley City, ND (KCSi-T.V. News) The Barnes County Sheriff’s Office reports, a High Risk Sex Offender assessment has been issued to 23-year-old Michael A. Nelson of Valley City.

Nelson was convicted in December of 2009 for Corruption or Solicitation of Minors.

He is presently incarcerated at the Barnes County Jail.
