Jamestown, ND (KCSi-T.V. News) — The North Dakota Highway Patrol reports, three people were injured in a two vehicle crash on Highway one near Sanborn Sunday night (Dec 30, 2012) about 6:25-p.m..
Highway Patrol Sgt. Josh Rude says a Dodge Journey, operated by 35-year-old Karen Ann Bundy of Sanborn was eastbound when her vehicle collided with a northbound Chyrsler Town & Country Van, driven by 31-year-old Shannon Leigh Engle of Rogers.
Engle and a six-year-old male passenger were transported to Mercy Hospital in Valley City and treated of non-life threatening injuries.
A newborn infant, in the Engle vehicle was not injured.
The adult occupants were wearing seat belts, and the children were in car seats.
Bundy was later transferred to a Fargo hospital for treatment of injuries.
The accident remains under investigation by the NDHP.
