Jamestown, ND (KCSi-T.V. News) — The North Dakota Highway Patrol reports, a rollover accident on I- 94 about 9:40-a.m.,Wednesday (Jan 2, 2013) injured two people.

Highway Patrol Sgt. Tom Herzig says a car operated by 24-year-old Echo Foster of Casper, Wyoming was westbound with the vehicle’s cruise control engaged and  lost control of the Dodge Intrepid and rolled it near Hobart Lake, about 20 miles east of Jamestown.

The report says, the temperature at 20 degrees and a northwest wind blowing off Hobart Lake, coupled with driving too fast for conditions, contributed to the accident.

Foster received head and facial injuries.

The passenger, 28-year-old Jordan Naeu of Jamestown received a hand injury.

The report says no safety restrains were in use.

They were transported by ambulance to Mercy Hospital in Valley City for treatment.

The crash remains under investigation.
