Court rules, Brady must serve suspension

BradytomNEW YORK (AP) – “Deflategate” is blowing up once again – now that a federal appeals court has ruled in favor of the NFL in the dispute between the league and Patriots quarterback Tom Brady. A three-judge panel has ruled 2-to-1 that Brady will have to serve the four-game suspension imposed by the NFL last year over his role in the team’s use of underinflated footballs in the 2014 AFC title game. The appeals ruling follows a September decision that went against the league, letting Brady skip the suspension last season.
