SkyWestUnited5Bismarck (CSi)  The North Dakota Aeronautics Commission reports Jamestown airline boardings in April this year were up 42.9% compared to April of 2015.

In April this year airline boardings were 652 compared to 456 in April of 2015.

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) – Airline passenger numbers continued to decline in North Dakota in April.
 
     State Aeronautics Commission data show that boardings at the eight commercial service airports in the state were down more than 17 percent from the previous year. Year-to-date boardings are down 14 percent.
 
     Airports in the slumping oil patch again had the biggest decline in April – a 48 percent drop in Williston and a decline of more than 69 percent in Dickinson.
 
     The Fargo, Grand Forks and Minot airports also saw drops in boardings, while Bismarck, Devils Lake and Jamestown had increases.
