flaghalfstaffBISMARCK, N.D. (AP) – Gov. Jack Dalrymple has directed state government agencies to fly the U.S. and North Dakota flags at half-staff to respect the victims of a nightclub shooting in Orlando, Florida. Dalrymple also is encouraging state residents to do the same, in accordance with a directive from President Barack Obama that calls for flags at half-staff until sunset Thursday. Police say a gunman opened fire at the Pulse Orlando nightclub on Sunday, killing at least 50 people and wounding dozens.
