Two other men were airlifted to a Minnesota hospital where they were listed in critical condition. A fourth man was treated and released from a local hospital.

Forty-five-year-old Arthur Crissler faces charges of attempted murder, felonious restraint and prohibited possession of a firearm. He could face up to 30 years in prison if convicted.
Authorities allege Crissler assaulted the woman in April after she went to his home to retrieve her phone and other belongings.
He’s scheduled for a three-day trial in late October.
MINOT, N.D. (AP) – Gov. Jack Dalrymple has appointed a special commissioner to oversee the suspension of accused Ward County Sheriff Steve Kukowski.
Kukowski faces misdemeanor charges of refusing to perform a public duty and reckless endangerment in the October 2014 death of 25-year-old jail inmate Dustin Irwin. Kukowski maintains his innocence and is scheduled for trial in August.
Kukowski returned from a medical leave a week ago but Dalrymple suspended him while his criminal case proceeds, on the advice of Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem. But the County Commission on Friday reinstated Kukowski, citing concerns about the process used to suspend him.
Dalrymple spokesman Jeff Zent says the concerns “have been satisfied and the process moves forward.” Kukowski was served papers Monday notifying him that he’s once again suspended.

The Upper Maple River Dam is a 35-foot tall, 20-foot wide structure located six miles south of Hope. It is a dry dam, which means it will only hold water during flood events and farmers will otherwise be able to use the area for growing crops and grazing animals.
The 925-acre retention area is expected to reduce the flood risk to over 22,000 acres of cropland and roadways.
The project was designed by West Fargo-based Moore Engineering, Inc. and built by H&S Contracting of Moorhead, Minnesota.
The ribbon cutting event is scheduled for 2 p.m. Tuesday, followed by tours. It is open to the public.
MINOT, N.D. (AP) – The city of Minot is planning a Wednesday ceremony to mark the five-year anniversary of the day Souris River floodwaters first breached the city’s dike system.
Warning sirens sounded on June 22, 2011, as flooding inundated a large part of North Dakota’s fourth-largest city. The flooding was caused by excessive snowmelt and rainfall in the basin, and eventually caused more than $700 million in damage.
A community ceremony is scheduled at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Oak Park Amphitheater. Mayor Chuck Barney will be one of the speakers. He says “looking back is the best way to move forward.”
A moment of silence will be observed at 12:57, the moment the sirens sounded five years ago. City leaders will then discuss the status of recovery efforts, which are ongoing.

Other cities such as Phoenix are also set to see a downward dip while temperatures remain in the triple digits.
LOS ANGELES (AP) – Triple digit heat is pushing a pair of wildfires toward a merger in the foothill suburbs of Los Angeles where several hundred people have fled their homes. The fires have burned 7 square miles and have turned away from residences toward the Angeles National Forest. Near a Santa Barbara fire, most mandatory evacuations will be lifted tomorrow. New Mexico and Arizona also have fires.
