Bismarck (CSi) The North Dakota Aeronautics Commission reports another increase in Boardings at Jamestown Regional Airport.
The reports says in June this year boardings were 999, compared to 671 in June of 2015.
An increase of 48.8 percent.
Airline passenger numbers continue to show declining numbers in North Dakota, mainly because of lower traffic in the oil patch.
State Aeronautics Commission data show that boardings at the eight commercial service airports in June were down nearly 12 percent from the previous year. Year-to-date boardings are down about 14 percent.
The biggest declines were 64 percent in Dickinson and 35 percent in Williston.
The Fargo, Grand Forks and Minot airports also saw drops in boardings, while Bismarck, Devils Lake and Jamestown had increases
