Hoeven to address ND Buffalo Association Sat

Jamestown (CSi)  On Saturday, August 6, US Senator John Hoeven will deliver the keynote address at the North Dakota Buffalo Association’s annual banquet starting at 7-p.m. at the Quality Inn & Suites in Jamestown.

Hoeven will recognize the historical, economic and cultural significance of the bison. Senators Hoeven and Heinrich (D-N.M.) introduced the National Bison Legacy Act in September 2015, which designates the bison as the U.S. national mammal. The president signed the bill into law in May.
