BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A Jamestown woman is accused of causing a fatal crash in Bismarck after using methamphetamine.
Twenty-eight-year-old Darci Voldness is charged with felony manslaughter in the Aug. 15 death of 33-year-old Denver Glas, of Linton. She also faces a misdemeanor drug charge.
Voldness is accused of making a U-turn in front of Glas’ motorcycle, causing a crash that killed him.
Voldness could face up to 21 years in prison if convicted. Court documents don’t list an attorney for her, and a home telephone listing couldn’t be found.
