Jamestown  (CSi)  The Jamestown City Fire Department was called to a vehicle fire about 4-p.m., on Tuesday in the 300 block of First Avenue South, in front of Gate City bank in the parking lot.

Lt. Sheldon Mohr says the damage was to the car’s driver seat and door.

The most probable cause was smoking materials.

No injuries with two city fire units and 29 fire fighters on the scene about 15 minutes.
