17 below, good day to work on the air conditioner

Jamestown (CSi) –  Working on a roof-top air conditioning unit can be a very hot job, except when it is -17 degrees.

On Weds Jan 4,  a new AC unit was lifted via a crane to the roof of the Wells Fargo Bank building in Jamestown, ND.    One way to beat the heat.
