POWEROUTAGE1Ellendale  (CSi)  Authorities report a power outage between midnight an 8-a.m. Tuesday in Ellendale.

Due to the outage Ellendale School and buses were two hours late Tuesday morning,  and the Dickey County Courthouse opened one  hour late.
Meanwhile,  MDU also reported outage Tuesday morning, in  Eureka, Frederick, Leola and Wetonka, South Dakota.  Eureka Public Schools opened  at 10:30 a.m.
