Actress Barbara Hale, “Della Street,” passes, 94

LOS ANGELES (AP) — The actress who played Perry Mason’s loyal secretary has died. Barbara Hale was 94 when she died over the weekend. She held down the role of Della Street on the TV show that ran for nearly a decade on CBS. When the production was revived by NBC in the 1980s with the Perry Mason T.V. movies  — she returned to do it again.
