Jamestown  (CSi)  Jamestown Police is warning the public that two high-risk convicted sex offenders have changed their address in Jamestown.

41 year old Timothy Richard Olpin, now resides  at 219 1/2 7th Avenue, Southeast. He does not current have a vehicle.

Olpin is  a white male, 6 feet tall, weighing 225 pounds with hazel eyes and gray hair.

Olpin was convicted of gross sexual imposition involving a 14-year-old girl in 2000 in Morton County District Court and 3rd degree sexual assault for molesting a 5-yearold boy in 1991 in Frederick County Juvenile Court in Maryland.

28 year old Matthew Jacob Lee Graham now resides at 811 20 Street, Southwest, Number 224. He drives a maroon 2000 Dodge Caravan with a temporary North Dakota license.

Graham,  is described as a white male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing 192 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair. He was convicted of indecent exposure in 2004 in Kidder County.

Olpin and Graham are not wanted by law enforcement.
