JRFSC’s Judy Jogenson says, the raffle was well received last year and has along with a contribution from the Optimist club has enabled us to set up a great scholarship program. It is very important to us that every child has the opportunity to participate in skating classes and we know for many in our community it is a struggle financially.
With rising costs of ice time this raffle helps keep costs down
