Jamestown  (CSi )  No structural damage was reported after city crews inspected the viaduct over 4th Avenue Northeast during the 5-p.m. hour, Wednesday.

The northbound lane under the 4th Avenue Northeast viaduct in Jamestown was blocked to traffic early Wednesday evening after an incident involving a semi-trailer rig striking the structure and continuing without stopping.

The mishap led to the closure from  5:21-p.m. to 5:43 p.m. while a  crew from the  Street Department assessed any structural  damage to the viaduct.

Lt. Robert Opp says the investigation is continuing.
