Bismarck (CSi) The North Dakota Highway Patrol, in conjunction with the Montana and Idaho Highway Patrol, conducted a Border-to-Border enforcement saturation effort on Interstate #94 and US Highway #2 during the Labor Day Weekend (September 1 – 4). Numerous violations such as speeding, failing to wear seatbelt, failing to yield to emergency vehicle, and driving under the influence were cited by NDHP officers in an effort to keep the motoring public safe during this busy traffic weekend.
