Jamestown (CSi) On September 15th & 16th, the North Dakota Highway Patrol will conduct an alcohol saturation in Barnes and Stutsman Counties. The goal of the saturation is to deter, detect and remove alcohol-impaired drivers from our roadway to prevent unnecessary crashes from occurring.
Impaired driving is a public safety threat throughout North Dakota. Nearly half of all fatal crashes in North Dakota involve an impaired driver, resulting in approximately 60+ deaths each year.
