Jamestown  (CSi)  Jamestown Public Works informs motorists that beginning Tues Oct 3:  5th St NE between 23rd Ave NE to 27th Ave NE will be closed to through traffic due to road construction.  The closure will continue for approximately 3 – 4 weeks motorist should use extreme caution in this area and use alternate routes as necessary.
