Valley City (Valley News Live) – A Jamestown man is facing a DUI charge after police officers found a diesel tank had fallen off of a truck he was driving along 12th Street Northwest about 1:22-am. Thurs in Valley City.
Valley City KVLY reports, Police Chief Phil Hatcher says members of the Valley City Fire Department were called to assist in containing a 55 gallon diesel fuel spill.
Crews from the Valley City Fire and Public Works Department put sand on the spill and notified the Barnes County Emergency Manager.
The driver of the truck, 21 year-old Brian Riley Inscore of Jamestown was arrested for DUI.
