Jamestown  (CSi)  At Monday’s Special Board of Directors meeting, the Jamestown/Stutsman Development Corporation, elected board members.

Also at the Board Meeting, on Tuesday’s Wayne Byers Show on CSi Cable 2, JSDC Business Development Director, Corry Shevlin  said the board approved de-obligating funds for 2018-19.

Also at the meeting the JSDC reports that  Secretary-Treasurer, Marlee Siewert, was unanimously elected Vice President, and will assume the Presidency of the JSDC board at the end of this year.  She succeeds Bill Lytle, who has resigned the position, of Vice President, accepting a position in Bismarck.  She also replaces Lytle as vice president of the Spiritwood Energy Park Association Board of Directors.

Lytle, in his second three-year term on the JSDC board, and he would have advanced from Vice President to President at the end of 2020.

Jeremy Rham was selected to the JSDC board to fill Lytle’s unexpired term

The Board also elected Tory Hart as Secretary-Treasurer.

The next JSDC Board meeting will be Monday, March 9th at 11:45 a.m. at the JSDC Lower Level Conference Room.
