Jamestown  (ValleyNews Live)  Four people were rescued after their vehicle fell through the ice and submerged Saturday morning, Feb 15,  in Stutsman County near Audubon.

Stutsman County Sheriff Chad Kaiser says says two adults and two children were rescued, adding that there were no injuries.  Ice restrictions remain in effect across Stutsman County.
