Valley City   (CSi) In Barnes County at the District 24 Republican headquarters  in downtown Valley City, the GOP will hold caucus voting starting at 5pm until  8pm on Tuesday, March 10.  Spokesman Dwight Kiefert said food and refreshments will be served.

Requirements: 18 years of age, U.S. Citizen, resident of North Dakota for at least 30 days, and signing a statement the voter is affiliated with the Republican Party in past elections or plans to do so in the upcoming election.

What kind of processes will be in place to determine eligibility:  Registration at the door.

  • There will be printed ballots at locations.
  • People can also mail in their votes, must be mailed to NDGOP Headquarters and postmarked March 9, 2020.
  • Voting will be open from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Votes will be counted on site by hand and then reported to State Republican Headquarters.
  • We hope to have results by 10:00 p.m. on the 10th of March.
